OUR MISSION
The mission of the Jewish Federation of Lee and Charlotte Counties is to provide and support philanthropic, educational and social service programs which promote such Jewish values as Tzedakah - benevolence, Tikun Olam - repairing the world, and K’lal Yisrael - taking responsibility for one another, in order to strengthen and enrich the Jewish community locally, in Israel and throughout the world. more 

We are in the midst of the Jewish Film Festival. This year we sold more tickets than last year and have filled the largest auditoriums at the Regal Bell Tower Cinema. We sold out four films before opening night. Please see page 8 for information on the films scheduled to be screened in February. more

What is Dancing with the Docs? Arden Courts Memory Care, Just Like Family Home Care, Calusa Harbour Senior Living, Senior Bridge Care Movement, Heartland Home Health, Heartland Healthcare Center, Manor Care Health Care Center and the Fred Astaire Dance Studios, are sponsoring a fundraiser for Jewish Family Services of the Jewish Federation of Lee and Charlotte Counties. The Dancing with the Stars type of competition will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel.

There will be a dinner, cash bar, silent auction and 0/50 raffle. Eight doctors in our community will be taking complimentary dance lessons at The Fed Astaire Dance School and perform in full costume with their instructors at the competition. More details to follow and tickets go on sale in March.
